TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Takeo Hiranuma said he will propose on May 25 a plan to cope with a possible increase in unemployment in the process of promoting structural reform. "We are going to propose a plan on May 25 to help absorb jobless workers by creating and fostering industries. It will be called the Hiranuma-plan," he told a Lower House budget committee.
